If your Tablet is on original ROM 4.0.3 you should follow this instruction :
Attention :
1- Your tablet should at least 30% of charge .
2- While you are rooting your device and it goes off and on do nothing at this moments to do it's job !
3- After your device has been rooted it will be automatically install SuperSu app on your device and you can unroot your device very easy by clicking only on Unroot bottom Or you can install SuperSu app downloading it and use for unroot your device .

1- Go to your tablet setting >> Developer options and select USB Debugging

2- At First download HiSuite software from the following link Or you can connect your tablet to your pc and go to your setting >> Strorage And then select HiSuite mode it will automatically install HiSuite Software .

3- Then you should install Genotools-normal.exe software , download Genotools-normal.exe from the following link :
and extract it on your pc and open Genotools software (Yes the language of software is chinise ! we don't have any work with them , do like the instructions ) :
Click on Root Tab :

While your tablet is connected to your pc on HiSuite mode close the HiSuite software and then click on root1 first , second after that you have clicked on root1 tab after a second opens a window click on root2 tab

After these works your tablet goes off and goes to recovery mode , once more your tablet goes off and on , and finally your tablet is rooted !
