If your Tablet is on Rom 4.1.2 you should follow this instruction :
Attention :1- Your tablet should at least 30% of charge .
2- While you are rooting your device and it goes off and on do nothing at this moments to do it's job !
3- After your device has been rooted it will be automatically install SuperSu app on your device and you can unroot your device very easy by clicking only on Unroot bottom Or you can install SuperSu app downloading it and use for unroot your device .

1- Go to to your tablet setting >> Developer options and select USB Debugging

2- At First download HiSuite software from the link below :
3- After you have installed HiSuite software , connect your device to your pc and then go to your setting >> storage then select media device (MTP )

Turn off your antivirus and Go to the folder from file you have downloaded Extract the file and open (Run as administrator) fix_flashing. Bat file and don't do any work on this time it takes little time to do it's job!
5- Wait until your tablet it goes on and off don't do any work just look!
6- Finally you should see a screen like this at the end of screen you will see writing 'boot' (like picture below):

7- And your tablet goes on after some minutes (8-9 Minutes ).
8- Congratulations ! Finished ! your tablet is rooted !
